Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how much of an influence the 300ZX made on today's sports cars. And also, it seems that it was also "one" of the first cars to start using some of the things that it did. For example..I was just now thinking, in my english class, on the fact that the 300ZXs had HID headlights on them in 1999. Honestly, I wasn't very into cars at that time, but I can't really remember any other cars having that option at that time. I could be wrong though. That is just one of the many examples. Also, the smooth lines and interior parts that were definatley not avaliable in the late 1980s in practically any other car. Just was also thinking about things like climate control, individual coilpacks, in cockpit adjustable suspension, and other things...while I DO know that a few other cars also had this stuff in them, it is just cool that our cars was one of the few. Oh yea...also, I visit Lamborginis of Dallas about every month just to look around, and YES...their headlights are the same as ours. I suggsted to the man there to to try putting 99 Z headlights in the place, but he honestly didn't believe me that the headlights were NISSAN, and I even told him that if he were to look under their little CF strip, that he would see NISSAN on the glass, but he still didn't believe me...I'm gonna have to have my neihbor bring his Lambo up there one day, so we can prove him wrong..hehe...Anyways, I was just amazed at how awesome our cars really are, and just felt like sharing guys, and if you have anything to add please do.
